This past March, the Carrier Corporation held its annual Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer meeting.  Gagne Heating & Air Conditioning was honored to attend this prestigious event held in Huntington Beach, California at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa.

We are proud to announce that Gagne Heating & AC was awarded one of Carrier’s highest dealer distinctions, the President’s Award.

“All of us at Gagne are honored to receive such a prestigious award from a company as reputable as Carrier,” owner Jeff Gagne said. “It was a group effort and I could not be more proud of our team. We also could not have achieved this goal had it not been for our loyal customers.”

The President’s Award is based on a number of strict requirements, including the following factors listed below:

• The level of customer satisfaction the company provides.
• How many years the company has been a dealer of Carrier.
• How the company represents the Carrier product line.
• The total sales volume.
• And much more…

This award is presented to only a select group of dealers that meet a strict set of requirements as an expert Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer.  Out of the group, only the top two percent in the nation qualify to receive the President’s Award.
